Bal Folk Band
Composed of Théo on chromatic accordion and Lizéa on flute and vocals, Thézéa is a neo bal folk band blending traditional and contemporary influences. They advocate for a queer, egalitarian, and deeply human folk dance experience.
Born from jam sessions at folk dance festivals, their duo flourished into a strong friendship, forming this bal folk band. They offer a meaningful folk dance experience with traditional music and socially conscious lyrics in their compositions.
Dive into a world where tradition meets modernity! Beyond the dance, Lizéa and Théo also host neo-folk dance workshops, as well as music and singing workshops, sharing their passion as a traditional music band.
